The staff on night shift are the absolute best Very respectful and kind loved the experience. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and if you have any family members in the Duke University Hospital you just have to bring a piece of paper stating that your family member is in the hospital and they will give you a discount. Our toilet had clogged and it was late in the evening and housekeeping couldn't get to it so they were very nice and transferred us to another room for no extra charge. There is coffee in the lobby. They do allow pets

Location was perfect when visiting family. Very reasonable price and comfortable beds, Though signs said it was non-smoking, my room smelled like cleanser plus smoke. Easily remedied with air conditioning. Had no cleaning (I stayed 5 nights) which I prefer. Clean room.
